From mold manufacturing to mass production, HTAeco has continuously accumulated technical expertise, while constantly exploring eco-friendly packaging solutions of higher standards.
From mold design and CNC machining to manual drilling and meshwrapping, we complete the entire mold-making workflow in-house. This ensures stronger confidentiality, tighter process control, and more reliable project execution for premium molded pulp packaging.
Centered on the core design philosophy of intelligent digitalization, our factory adopts automated equipment across all production processes including molded pulp forming, mold processing, post-processing of pulp products and conventional packaging manufacturing, enabling high-efficiency output and precise process control.
We use 70% sugarcane fiber and 30% bamboo fiber as the raw materials. Compared with wood, these two plant fibers feature a shorter growth cycle and are more readily available. Sugarcane fibers are shorter and softer, while bamboo fibers are longer and stiffer. By blending these two plant fibers, our molded pulp products combine excellent surface smoothness and good stiffness.
In addition to the above fibers, we can add coffee grounds, tobacco leaf fiber, flower fiber and other special raw materials as required by customers, so as to create differentiated eco-friendly packaging exclusive to your brand.
Backed by our advanced production craftsmanship, we can control the draft angle of pulp-molded products to a small range. This greatly reduces the side wall inclination of the box, ensures straight edges for a high-end visual effect.
With over 10 years experience deeply rooted in the molded pulp industry, we draw on our extensive industry expertise to drive continuous innovation in product design, process optimization, equipment R&D and other key fields. Having secured more than 50 patents in total, we fully demonstrate our professional technical strength.
