Material Profile

Compared with wood and bamboo materials, the production cycle is short, two seasons a year, and the cost is low. Bagasse packaging can completely degrade naturally in about three months.

Plant fibre

ChongQing Factory
Chongqing Aimeida is located in Kaizhou District. It is mainly responsible for the business production of meal packages and coffee roasting within the entire group. It has 60 fully automatic dust-free food-grade workshops.
Occupying an excellent location on the China-Europe freight train and the golden waterway of the Yangtze River in the southwest, it is rich in natural gas and hydropower resources. Our costs are extremely competitive, and currently our Chongqing factory mainly serves large European and American customers in the coffee and food industries.

JiangSu Factory

Mold Center
We have our own mold factories in Dongguan, Jiangsu and Chongqing. The mold processing center is equipped with 53 sets of various precision processing equipment. It can complete CNC, slow wire cutting, spark machine, turning, surface grinding, pattern engraving, etc. in our factory. Full craftsmanship.
The accuracy is high and the timeliness is more advantageous. Our commonly used mold materials include: aluminum, copper, steel, etc. Therefore, with our pulp molds, you can get perfect molded pulp products, and you can also produce various products by changing the molds.
Pulping Center
Pulp molding products use plant fibers such as bamboo pulp and sugar cane pulp as raw materials, and are prepared into a certain concentration of slurry through pulping, pulping and other processes.
